Way to go! The Cubs managed to win again today. The Milwaukee Brewers have now lost two fabulous games to the Chicago Cubs. Yay, Cubbies! Today's final score was 6-3. That is a beautiful score. I'm so glad that the Cubs were able to keep the Brew-Crew from doing any damage for two straight days in a row. This early in the season, at that! I never originally thought this would actually happen.
I hope tomorrow brings a third win. That would just be totally awesome. I don't recall this ever happening to the Cubs so early in the season before. What excitement! Maybe this is a sign of what's coming during the course of this season. It's probably a sign that the Cubbies aren't going to let any of the other teams keep them from reaching victory.

My Interesting Life As a Student

- I'm living in Springfield, but I'm originally from Chicago. I am now living in a group home for people who are visually impaired. Living at the Mary Bryant Home has been a huge step in my life. I am now able to get involved in activities every day. I am making lots of new friends, and I'm enjoying living with my new family. Since I'm the youngest person, I feel like I have lots of parents and grandparents, and even my best friend, who is like a big sister, to spend my time with. I don't think I'd change this for anything else in the world.
