"Late" English Homework

I'm surprised that I'm the only one who has posted to the questions for English on Blackboard. Knowing that our teacher just set up the forum this morning really doesn't surprise me as to why nobody else has responded yet. Luckily, the forum is going to be up all week, instead of only for one class. . . allowing more people to have an opportunity to answer the questions completely and thoughtfully.
An interesting twist is that she's going to give extra points to anyone who posts to Blackboard before class tomorrow morning. I really don't need any extra credit; however, I look at it as an opportunity to boost my grade. I'm happy with the grade I have now, but I'd like to have a higher one- it would just make me happier, and make me feel awesome about all my hard work that I've been doing this semester.

My Interesting Life As a Student

Springfield, Illinois, United States
I'm living in Springfield, but I'm originally from Chicago. I am now living in a group home for people who are visually impaired. Living at the Mary Bryant Home has been a huge step in my life. I am now able to get involved in activities every day. I am making lots of new friends, and I'm enjoying living with my new family. Since I'm the youngest person, I feel like I have lots of parents and grandparents, and even my best friend, who is like a big sister, to spend my time with. I don't think I'd change this for anything else in the world.
